NOMAAD arrives at your site with fully finished interiors and requires minimal on-site assembly. Floor and wall panel finishes are customizable and system controls are smart. PERMASTEELISA GROUP is a worldwide leading contractor in the engineering, project management, manufacturing, and installation of architectural envelopes and interior systems. Present in four continents, Permasteelisa has a network of around 50 companies in 30 countries and 10 production plants.

We designed our unique NOMAAD modular system so that it can be transported in standard international shipping containers and moved to your site on regular flatbed trucks. We delivered a NOMAAD unit to Piazza Flaminio in Vittorio Veneto, Italy and if we found our way through the narrow streets of an ancient Italian town, we're pretty confident we can get NOMAAD to your site of choice.

NOMAAD wins 2018 GOOD DESIGN Award. GOOD DESIGN® was founded in Chicago in 1950 by Edgar Kaufmann, Jr., Eero Saarinen, and Charles and Ray Eames. GOOD DESIGN are the oldest and most prestigious Global Awards for Design Excellence and Innovation.
NOMAAD wins 2019 LABC Architectural Award. The 2019 Los Angeles Business Council Architectural Awards drew over 650 leading architects, building owners, developers and city officials together to celebrate the most innovative designs in Los Angeles. Housing affordability and homelessness played a central role in the event.
NOMAAD wins 2019 American Architecture Award. Since 1994, The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design, The European Center for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies, and Metropolitan Arts Press have organized The American Architecture Awards as a way to honor the best new projects in the United States and abroad by the most important American architects and planners.
